Steve was great, from the initial contact all the way through to closing. He had quick turnaround on questions via phone and e-mail, and really helped us a lot in taking our loan from the first ballpark quotes all the way through. Since our escrow was scheduled to close just before the Thanksgiving holiday, even a minor delay could have resulted in us pushing past the escrow close date and into December, but somehow Steve managed to keep things moving and get us closed on time. He made it happen, and we really appreciate his help
